Refund requests are assessed case by case. Once digital work has been delivered or substantially completed, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.
If work has not started and cancellation is requested early, a refund may be considered depending on the booking, preparation, and administrative costs already incurred.
If any recurring access or subscription is introduced in future, cancellation will stop future renewals and will not automatically refund prior billing periods unless required by law.
